The number of professionals who have received sharps injuries has doubled in the last 10 years. They are not confined to hospitals and can be found anywhere from void properties to public spaces.

Organisations and individuals need to ensure that they are aware of the dangers and know how to keep themselves safe.

This course will highlight the risks associated with sharps, the safe disposal of sharps and how to reduce the risk of injury.

This course is for anyone who has or may have contact with sharps as part of their job role.
