The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 has placed significant emphasis on the importance of partnership working between social landlords, the police and local authorities. This course is for managers, team leaders and officers who will be working with partner organisations on crime and disorder and other anti-social behaviour panels.

This course contains the following modules:

Criminal behaviour orders - In this module you will look at Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBO), standard of proof, harassment, alarm and distress, putting victims first, CBO durations, special rules for those under 18 years of age, breaching the terms of a CBO and a CBO summary.

Other partner powers - In this module you will look at how each of the following work: dispersal powers, Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO), Community Protection Notices (CPN) and Closure of Premises Orders.

This course takes learners approx 1 hour to complete.
