The provisions of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crimes and Policing Act 2014 gives you the tools to tackle anti-social behaviour in your communities. This course provides detailed coverage of the civil injunction and how it can be used to best effect, including how action can be taken against those under 18 years of age.

A civil injunction is a civil order to quickly stop or prevent individuals from engaging in anti-social behaviour. Among others it can be applied for by a housing provider.

This injunction is of a prohibiting nature and can stop the respondent from doing anything prescribed within it. It can also include engagement in positive activities.

This course is for officers, team leaders, and managers responsible for addressing anti-social behaviour and who need the latest information to deliver service excellence in this difficult area.
