If you don’t have colleagues who can see and hear what you are doing and respond if you need support, then you are a lone worker.

Lone working carries more risks than those experienced in a busy work environment, and it is important that you know how to operate in a safe and effective way. This course will provide you with a variety of options that you can implement to help keep you safe from harm.

This course is for staff who regularly or periodically work alone and who need to develop an awareness of their safety both in and out of the office. It will provide you with the skills, knowledge and strategies to improve the safety of yourself and others.
