This course can help you to develop strategies to avoid and resolve conflict.

This course contains the following modules:

  1. Understanding conflict in the workplace and how to manage it - In this module you will look at sources of conflict, how to resolve conflict, your goals for communicating emotions, “I” statements and using effective communication strategies.
  2. Styles of conflict management - In this module you will look at different conflict management styles, your preferred style and which styles are appropriate for different situations.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

All of our courses are certified. This is done by the CPD certification Service. They have been inspected by an independent assessor and meet national standards.

On completion of this course you will be able to print your CPD certified certificate. This can be used as evidence for compliance, audit or CPD hours.
